Privacy

We keep what the service needs to work: your email address, your name if you give one, the messages you send to Saya and the replies, and the payment screenshots you upload.

Your messages are sent to an AI provider to produce Saya's replies. Payment screenshots are stored privately and are seen only by the team that approves payments.

In Practise speaking, your browser turns your voice into text. Some browsers, including Chrome, send the audio to their own speech service to do this. We never receive or store your voice, only the text.

Deleting a chat removes it from your list. It is not yet erased from our records. To have it erased, ask us as described below.

We do not sell your information. We do not show your conversations to other students.

To have your account and its data removed, message the Thu Rain's English page on Facebook from the email address you signed up with.
